Chạm Spa (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit chamspa.vn or our spa at 82/20A Mạc Đĩnh Chi, Tân Định Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Vietnam’s Law on Cyber-Information Security and Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on Personal Data Protection.
1. Data we collect
- Booking & contact details — your name, phone number and any other details you choose to share when you call us, message us on Facebook, Instagram or Zalo, or book a treatment.
- Visit preferences — treatment history and preferences you share with our therapists so we can personalise your care.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected automatically when you browse chamspa.vn, together with the cookies described below.
2. How we use your data
- To schedule, confirm and provide your spa services;
- To respond to your enquiries and messages;
- To operate, secure and improve our website;
- To meet bookkeeping, tax and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data with your consent, to provide the services you request, to pursue our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and where the law requires processing.
4. Cookies
chamspa.vn uses a small number of cookies: essential cookies that keep the site working (security, page caching, your language choice and your cookie decision itself) and preference cookies that remember settings between visits. We ask for your consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Sharing
Your data is shared only with our website hosting provider (server operation and security logs), with the messaging platforms you choose to contact us on (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo — each governed by its own privacy policy), and with competent authorities where disclosure is required by law. We never sell or rent personal data.
6. Retention
Contact and booking details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal record-keeping duties, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are rotated automatically.
7. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP you may at any time ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; withdraw your consent; or provide you with a copy. Contact us using the details below — we respond within the time limits set by law (as a rule, 72 hours for data-subject requests). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Vietnamese authorities.
8. Security
Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for their work. Our website uses HTTPS throughout, our software is kept up to date and technical hardening measures are applied. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; should a breach affecting your data occur, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s data; guests under 18 are welcome only with a parent or guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
