Bến Thành and the market surrounds. Widest spread in the city. Genuinely cheap local shops sit next to venues pricing entirely for footfall. Check the printed menu rather than the sign.

Lê Thánh Tôn — Little Japan. Mid to upper, professional, often oriented toward Japanese customers. Quality is consistent; prices reflect it.
